Part 4: Parent Without Regret or Fear
In this final episode of our Non-Anxious Mom Podcast mini-series, we want to leave you with one of the most freeing truths in motherhood: you can parent without regret or fear.
As moms, it’s easy to carry a heavy weight of responsibility. We want to guide our children well, protect them from harm, and help them grow into faithful adults. But as they grow, they begin making their own choices—and that’s where many of our anxious thoughts begin. The reality is, we are not raising permanent children. We are raising future adults who will one day make their own decisions.
In this conversation, we talk about what it looks like to parent faithfully while releasing control to God. We reflect on trusting the foundation you’ve built, allowing your children the freedom to grow, and creating a home that remains a safe place for them to return to.
We also share encouragement for moms walking through difficult seasons—including when children stray from faith or make choices we wouldn’t make. God is still at work, even in the distance.
In this episode, we explore:
- Why letting go is one of the hardest but most important parts of motherhood
- How to keep your peace when your children begin making their own decisions
- What it looks like to trust God with your child’s future
Thank you for walking through this mini-series with us. If these conversations encouraged you, take a moment to listen again, reflect, and share the podcast with another mom who may need a steady, motherly voice today.
And if this series spoke to you, we’d love for you to follow the show and leave a review so more moms can discover what it means to parent in peace, not panic.
